Women Empowerment is not a new thing for the Global Society.It's been all around us all the time and we all are aware of it since the ancient times but still we all act like, Ok let it be who cares. We all are living in the 21st century where we talk about advance technology, smart lifestyle, a balanced world,where everyone should share equal rights and feminism should not exist in there and here we are, in the same world, in the same century, still trying to match the reality of women empowerment.
Men had always dominated in almost all the spheres of life as they are considered smart and compassionate but it's time to make the most of it as they can play a great role in empowering the women and i believe that the new feminine has no gender so it's time to gain the momentum and shifts the side.
Desmond Tutu, a human right activist in one of his interviews was asked how war could
be stopped?
He said, actually it's straightforward let women take over. Women are by nature more
inclined towards compassion, they're life-giving and life-affirming.Women can actually
make society civil and the world would be a peaceful place if it were ruled by women.
Maria Bello who is an actress and also a women's right activist had said that The new
feminism is an energy it's a principle that men and women both possess. It's a trait that's defined by gentleness , compassion and heart. We are stronger together than we are alone
and we are moving into an age where these values can and must take the lead in all of our
discussions.
Women should must be respected, given freedom to live with dignity to create it's own
distinct identity.

I watch lots of videos of the world's greatest leaders
and i also read few books but this book "The life and Philosophy of SWAMI VIVEKANANDA "
had made a great impact in my life. His words are so true that it just got stucked into my mind and it feels really great to have such an awesome and beautiful thoughts. In the context of Women Empowerment, Swami Vivekananda once told:-
"There is no chance of the welfare of the world unless the condition of women is improved. It is not possible for a bird to fly on one wing"

Education and Migration are two more factors that are crucial in Empowering Women as it can give them a lead to choose a better lifestyle and a better society from where they should never look back and can help empower other women through their story and voice. Statistics had proven that when women are empowered economically, more money goes to their children's health and well-being and more money goes back to their communities. We also know that hiring women is not only nice it's good business and the more women who are elected or appointed in government the more democratic the country is.
