 India is emerging as the fastest growing major economy in the world. There is probably a good 
reason behind this also as we all know that India has the most number of youths in the world no
doubt, around 65% translates to around 700 million and that's a big number isn't it.Every third person in an Indian city today is a youth.
Now you would be thinking that's a great news. We are the best isn't it but sorry that's not the
case.We are still struggling as a Job Seeker.Today the unemployment rate is on 4-decades high 
resulting in overall 6.1%.
What's the reason behind this and whom are you gonna blame it for? Actually no one.


From the very beginning, We as a child are told to do Jobs and had a better life like the one who had been successful in his/her own life.
It's deep but it's the real thing. For some time in our life when we fail somewhere, we even think our parent's are right. They are saying the right things and they can't take wrong decisions for us. Better to follow them so in order to have a quality life.



But not anymore, As a part of Global Citizen we have the right to know,explore and find out a better way. Better than the previous one, Better than what our parent's shows us and even Better than the one whom you considered the most ambitious and influential person. So Better to look for yourself. Life is all about  exploring the different and unique things so in order to set yourselves apart from the crowds.

It's also OK to play the Imitation game for many good reasons that i can't explain right now. That's the topic for another blog. 

Here is something i want to share with all of you and that's very important. What if instead of job seekers we become the Job creater and have our own Startups. As a youth country, it's our responsibility to better understand the environment, learn accordingly and fits in the best job and that job, what do you think? That job would no more be a job anymore isn't it as of now you would know yourself better than anyone else, even better than your own parents and would be thankful for the life you would be enjoying.

Now some would be thinking, that's ok i have this crazy and creative idea so how to start as there are many procedures we need to follow and that's kind of feels like a harassment. Now what if i told you there is one door to all your problems.
Startup India is one such great platform for the entrepreneurs where you can learn, get certified and grow and can take your ideas to a whole new level from where you would never look back again.As it is rightly said: NO PAIN NO GAIN.

Hello Readers, Today, I think of all my school teachers & I'm pretty sure now that I'm more knowledgeable than the one, whom we used to considered the most knowledgeable person once. May be in future, I'm gonna surpass my college professors too.😊😊 Let me tell you one of my story. When I was studying at Aakash Institute, my Chemistry teacher Mr. Karunakar always used to ask us on a random basis... Tell me who is more intelligent hmm me or you?? And he would only reply,  of course you all only, because see I know only one subject and hardly any more and what about you all, you invest more time and learn more than one subject. So it's a win-win situation for you all only. So that's it..................But I don't think that way. A Teacher is also a learner just like a student. Hello Everyone  In this vast growing world, where everyone is thinking that AI is gonna replace the Humans in almost every field, targeting their jobs especially. Let me tell you the most important thing that only few one knows and believes, AI can replace Humans no doubt in some specific fields but they can't replace the limitations of a Human mind. A single mind is just enough to kneel them down just because they don't know what a single Human brain is capable of.
